Subject to receiving your order before 2:30pm then the goods will be shipped on the same day or within 24 hours of the order being placed.

This excludes all orders placed during the weekend or any National Holiday.

We will ship all goods via DHL using an insured and trackable global service.

We cannot be held accountable for goods arriving late or delayed beyond our control, including but not limited to the following namely customs, service strikes, civil unrest, weather, natural disaster, fire, epidemics, failure of public or private telecommunications, terrorist incident.

Should an occasion arise that you wish to return the Astraeus watch you have purchased or wish to exchange it for another then you can do so subject to the following terms and conditions;

  • The Astraeus watch and all accessories must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase or receipt whichever is the later.
  • The watch must not be worn and remain in its original package.
  • The original tag must not be removed from the watch.
  • All returns must be accompanied by a written explanation for the reason for its return.
  • On all returns there must be a copy of the receipt proving purchase of the watch.
  • All returns must be sent by approved trackable shipping service.
  • All returns must be securely packaged so that they do not get damaged during shipping otherwise we shall not be held responsible for any damage caused.
  • You must send us an email informing us that the watch is being returned.

We shall within 10 days from receipt of the watch either refund the cost of the watch or replace it. If the watch needs to be replaced and there no watch in stock we will notify you of the same and the estimated period of time for stock to be replenished further you will have an option to either for a similar replacement watch or a refund.

Depending on the reason for the return of the watch the cost of returning the watch will be borne exclusively by the customer. Only in limited circumstances will the cost of returning of the watch will be refunded. In certain occasions should the watch is to be exchanged then the cost of delivery will be borne solely by the customer.

All Astraeus watches come with a limited two year warranty which covers manufacturing defects or workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage that may be caused by normal wear and tear and everyday use. The warranty will become invalid in the event the watch as been tampered with in any way.  The limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidental, improper, careless or negligence misuse or abuse
  • Damage caused in any way by tampering, unjustifiable repair or modification with the watch
  • Incidental and consequential defects or damage caused due to normal wear and tear and ageing
  • Battery replacement even during the warranty during the warranty period
  • Scratches
  • Damage caused by water, fire or other natural or man-made issue
  • Damage caused by loss or theft

In all cases the watch must be returned accompanying with it the International Guarantee card to prove the date and place of purchase of the watch, otherwise the Company can at its own discretion, treat the warranty as invalid. You will need to provide your name, address, email address, order number and a detailed description of the defect. It will be at the discretion of the Company to decide where the warranty applies to either replace the defective parts with like to like or to replace the product with a similar product.
